ALL SPORTS - How do I access the Knowledge Base from the platform?

When you are logged into your team in QwikCut, at the top right corner to can click on the words Knowledge Base:
  1. No matter where you are in the platform, you will always be able to access the Knowledge Base.



By clicking on the Knowledge Base from the platform, a new window will open that looks like the image below. You can do one of two things from here:
  1. Click on the words Knowledge Base again at the top right hand corner
    1. By clicking this, you will be brought to a new page when you can see categories or articles as well as search
  2. Use the search bar and free text what you are looking for



If you clicked on Knowledge Base again, you will be brought to this page where there is a search bar and 5 main categories:
  1. Video Platform Questions
  2. Stats/Breakdown Questions
  3. Highlights/Highlight Editor
  4. Camera Operator Questions
  5. My Fans Questions
