ALL SPORTS - How do I access the Knowledge Base from the platform?
When you are logged into your team in QwikCut, at the top right corner to can click on the words Knowledge Base:
- No matter where you are in the platform, you will always be able to access the Knowledge Base.
By clicking on the Knowledge Base from the platform, a new window will open that looks like the image below. You can do one of two things from here:
- Click on the words Knowledge Base again at the top right hand corner
- By clicking this, you will be brought to a new page when you can see categories or articles as well as search
- Use the search bar and free text what you are looking for
If you clicked on Knowledge Base again, you will be brought to this page where there is a search bar and 5 main categories:
- Video Platform Questions
- Stats/Breakdown Questions
- Highlights/Highlight Editor
- Camera Operator Questions
- My Fans Questions
