ALL SPORTS - Media Library
QwikCut Media Library is a place where videos and images can be uploaded and later used in highlights or added to a slideshow to be played at a banquet . You can upload photos that are of just yourself, the team, from practice, games, team outing, photos your school/coaches/family/friends have taken, etc. Everyone on the team roster has access to view AND upload here.
To access the media library, go to your My Team page; once under My Team, locate Media Library all the way to the right and click it:
On the media library page, you will see the 'Upload Videos and Images 'button. Once you upload items, they will being to be added to the dates on the left hand side, going in order of most recent to least recent:
To add images or videos, click on the 'Upload Videos and Images' button. A pop up will appear; select the folder or location where you would like to upload from and you will be able to see the thumbnails. Select the images and/or videos and click open:
An upload pop up will appear for you to select the date that you want affiliated with the upload, as well as tell you how many items are ready to upload. Select your date and click submit:
You will then want to click on the date that you chose and confirm all of your items are there:
- Note: your photo title/name will be uploaded however you have it saved to your computer; there is no way to edit the name of the photo in the platform.
To tag a player, click on the photo and it will appear larger; click the blue tag player button:
A scroll window will appear over the photo. Once you find the name of the player(s) click on the name and the square will become green. Once you have the player(s) selected, scroll all the way to the bottom and click 'Confirm'.
The player name will now show as a Media Tag to the bottom left of the image, and you will see a 'Success! Tags Updated!' message in the bottom left that automatically disappears.
Once you have images uploaded to the Media Library, you can tag as many players in a photo as you want. You are also able to filter by player to easily locate photos with them by clicking the drop down menu, selecting the player, clicking add filter and those images will now show that have that player!
To remove filter, simply click the 'X' next to the players name to the right of filter tags:
