ALL SPORTS - Why are my Exchange Video requests not received/fulfilled? 2.0

If you are conducting an exchange with a QwikCut user (2-way exchange), this will not apply to you since exchanges are done within the platform through the exchange button.

If you are requesting and/or sending to a Hudl user, schools may have QwikCut on their blacklist for not only websites but for incoming/outgoing emails.  The school network could be blocking emails for requests. While we understand that this is very frustrating, unfortunately, that is out of our control. We recommend talking to the school IT Department to have QwikCut added to the whitelist to avoid any issues like this. And as always, confirm the email address for the coach if they are not a QwikCut user!

As a work around, you can send the email link to your personal email, then forward it over to another coach.
