BASKETBALL - How to upload using a Hudl link 2.0
From the My Video page, create the game by clicking on ADD in the upper right corner.
A pop-up box will appear and you can click New Hudl Import. This will create a new game. (If you are creating a scout game, go to the game of that team in your schedule and click on the + sign to the right of the scout game.)
If you are creating a scout game, go to the game of that team in your schedule and click on the + sign to the right of the scout game.
A small box will pop up for you to select the opponent, location, date, season and where you will paste the Hudl download link. Fill out the information and have your opponent send you a Hudl download link to your email address.
To get the Hudl import link, you'll need your opponent to email you a link to the Hudl download. Once that is done, go to your email and right-click the link of the Hudl game. You will see a drop-down menu, select Copy Link Address. Paste that link into the Hudl import box and click submit.
Once you click submit, your game will appear within your schedule now. It will appear in a regular style font vs a bold font initially; once the platform has had a few minutes to import the link and generate your video, it will appear in bold font which indicates it is ready to view:
- You will need to refresh your screen to see the game title change to bold font.
