FOOTBALL - Cleaning Up Rosters (Season Filters)

By cleaning up your roster on QwikCut we are referring to modifying seasons of players. Adding players has a separate knowledge base article!

Start by going to the My Team section in QwikCut


We are going to focus on two buttons on this page, the season filter and edit all, which can be found here:


The season filter will allow you to change your view on a specific season. For example you can select the 2025-2026 season and only those Athletes or Coaches in that season will appear. You can select multiple seasons to show multiple seasons.


For example purposes, I have selected two seasons, with the 2024 year being the previous year, and 2025 being the upcoming year. I have a mixed roster, some athletes are only in the previous season, some in the current, and some in both.

For the top row (the first purple box), we will change their season to INCLUDE the 2025 season.


Click Edit All to affect all Athletes at once


Select all athletes you want to change the season off by clicking the checkboxes on the left side. Then click Edit Athlete Seasons.


Select the proper season(s) from the dropdown



Then click confirm


Make sure you click "Submit Edits" to save all your edits made
