FOOTBALL - My team wants to use a scale of 1-10 for player grading. How do I change that? 2.0

Have your Team Admin go to the My Team tab and click Player Grading tab. Under grading Categories, your coach can edit the title of the grading category and change the grading scale by clicking edit:
