Why is the mobile app crashing? 2.0
Our Saas (Software as a service) was created in early 2020 and with what version of Google Chrome was available at that time. For the reason of it being so new, using older iPads/iPhones, etc. is not advised as it can cause excessive crashing on the mobile application because the newer software is not compatible with the software loaded on the older tablets and phones.
If you are going to be using the mobile application, especially for filming, we recommend using products that fall within the range of being released in 2018 to present to help eliminate the possibility of the mobile app crashing.
Currently, we would recommend using the iPhone X/XS/XR (10) or newer.
