Upload speeds will depend upon how strong the internet signal/WiFi is and what type of device you are uploading on (laptop, desktop, phone, tablet).
We recommend having at minimum 10 mb/s as your upload speed.
The larger the file is, the longer it will take to upload and download, regardless of how strong your internet and upload speeds are. You will still able to upload with lower speeds, it will however take longer to upload, even for smaller files.
