FOOTBALL - Why are my clips out of order? How do I fix it? 2.0
When uploading - you can choose the order of your clips, by name or original order. This is how they will be uploaded to the platform.
We encourage everyone to check and ensure your clips are in chronological order prior to starting upload as there is no way for us to rearrange the clips currently. The only way to fix this is by reuploading the clips, which we understand can be frustrating. Dragging clips into the upload box can sometimes cause them to go out of order depending how your computer stores/organizes files. We also ask all users to be mindful that each computer, laptop, phone, or tablet may have different settings (as well as folders) where clips get saved to; for this, your computer may arrange clips by file size instead of by name.
Upload for Success:
The easiest way to keep the files in order is to click in the uploader box, which will then take you out of the platform to select files. Select your clips by clicking the first clip and scroll all the way down to the bottom, hold your shift key down and click on the last clip. Then click the open button at the bottom right of the screen. You will see all of the clips in que to be uploaded. After ensuring that they are in the correct order, you will click start upload.
