FOOTBALL - Import Rosters via Spreadsheet
This video will show you how to import athletes/parents/coaches using a spreadsheet file:
To start, go to the my team page.
On the top toolbar, you will find an import button. Click it and select the type of import you would like. This tutorial will go over Athlete import, but the process is the exact same for Coaches and Athletes.
You will be greeted to a tab asking you to select the import file. This formatting will mimic the format used in a Hudl Export.
The spreadsheet should have the following columns:
GraduationYear, Jersey, FirstName, LastName, Email, Cell, Position, Height, Weight
Below is an example of what the Athlete Spreasheet will look like with all the information filled out correctly.
You can drag the file into your browser or click on the dark grey box to locate it on your computer. This is what you should see on your QwikCut page if everything imported properly. You will see the row with the column names and all information correctly pasted below it.
Click import if everything is correct.
