From the My Video page, locate the orange Hudl Import button and click it.
A small box will pop up for you to select the type of game, date, time and where you will paste the Hudl download link. Start from the top (type) and work your way down. You have 3 options of importing:
Game
Scout Game
Practice
Import Game
You will need to enter opponent, check box if home game, event info is option such as state finals, playoffs, regionals, etc., enter your date and time, and paste Hudl link.
Here is an example of a correct game import box and Hudl link:
Here is an example of an incorrect link that was pasted; our platform will recognize when it is a Hudl link and when it is not. If it is not a Hudl link, you will not be able to move forward to click submit and must go back to enter the correct Hudl download link.
Once you click submit, your game will appear with all other games. It will appear in a regular style font vs a bold font initially; once the platform has had a few minutes to import the link and generate your video, it will appear in bold font which indicates it is ready to view. You will need to refresh your screen to see the game title change to bold font.
Import Scout Game
You will need to enter the Home Team, Away Team (it's okay if you don't know which was which - we just need 2 teams for entry), Date and paste your Hudl download link. You are welcome to enter event info and the time, but since this is scout film, that is not required.

Once you click submit, your game will appear in your Misc/Exchange Games folder, all the way at the top. This folder will ONLY appear when there is film of any kind added here and will disappear once it is moved.
Allow a few moments for the film to be added to the account and refresh your screen, you will now see your Misc/Exchanged Games folder at the top, click it and your game should be in bold font, indicating the film has uploaded. If it is not yet bold, allow a few more moments to load and try again. Sometimes it can take up to 5 to 10 minutes.
